Toi Vegetarian Mild Sauce - Toi Woosley, a native of Thailand, was in Food and Beverage for international hotels for more than 18 years, lived and traveled all over the world. She discovered that the only way she could get a good Thai meal was to cook it herself. Teaching Thai cooking is her passion. She has taught Thai cooking in Community Colleges since 1985. The request for sauces from friends and students inspired her to create Toi Sauce. In 2002 Toi began successfully to manufacture and market her sauces to the general public, and will continue to develop new recipes and delicious additions to her existing lines of products for Thai Cooking. "Toi Sauce" is the main ingredient for the majority of Thai food. It is the only sauce that allows you to cook with other ingredients or eat uncooked, just open to use and enjoy. You can use it for stir-fry, Phad Thai or seafood with basil. Marinade with all meat or fish, delicious on Salmon and BBQ. Use as salad dressing for green salad, very good with apples, delicious as a dipping sauce for Tofu. It has now become very popular for Meing Kum or vegetable wraps. |
